Priority Question Support
Some questions do not need a full lesson. Priority Question Support gives my students a structured way to ask focused questions between sessions and keep their work moving.

Quick support between lessons
Some questions do not need a full lesson. Priority Question Support gives active package students a structured way to ask short, focused questions between sessions and keep their work moving.
It is useful when a student gets stuck on a step, wants to check their reasoning, or needs clarification after a lesson.
How it works
Students can send up to 3 short question threads per week through Microsoft Teams or another agreed platform.
Jonatan responds within 24 hours on school days with a short explanation, hint, correction, or next-step suggestion.
A question thread means one focused question and, where helpful, one brief follow-up.
Pricing
Priority Question Support is available as an add-on to active lesson packages:
- CHF 180 with a 5-lesson package, valid for 8 weeks
- CHF 360 with a 10-lesson package, valid for 16 weeks
- CHF 150 during an exam prep package
The add-on runs for the same period as the lesson package and is not offered as a standalone service.
Good to know
This support is designed to guide students’ thinking between lessons, not replace full tutoring sessions. Longer explanations, full worksheets, or broader exam preparation are best handled during a lesson.
See lesson options or get in touch to add Priority Question Support to an active package.
I reply to inquiries as soon as possible. Include the student's year group and curriculum so I can prepare a helpful first response.
